LG Arts Centre is a high tech multi purpose arts centre that opened on March 27th, 2000. The theatre centre was opened by the LG Yonam Cultural Foundation, the non-profit organization of LG. LG Group’s philosophy is: “Channel corporate profits back into society through cultural infrastructure.”. The main hall, Sangnam Hall has over 1,100 seats and an amazingly high tech acoustic sound system. The arts centre was created to give back to society and give artists the latest in technology for their performances. The LG Arts Centre hosts a whole range of local and international events such as plays, concerts, ballet and traditional music.
