Horim Museum Sinsa-dong Branch

The Horim Art Centre Museum was opened in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu in 1982. The Horim Art Center museum was opened in Sinsa-dong in June 2009. Horim Museum is located in a modern building with around 10,000 artifacts inside which include earthenware, porcelain, paintings, valuable documents along with 6 National Treasures, 46 Treasures and 54 National Cultural Assets. The aim of the museums is to provide a space for people where they can view the history of Korea and keep cultural heritage alive in the hearts and minds of people in Korea and abroad. The exhibition halls are held on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors.

Opening Hours / Admission

10:30 am – 18:00 pm Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sunday’s, New Year’s Day, Lunar New Year and Chuseok.

Admission:

8,000 won for adults.
